If we send you the incorrect order by mistake, please contact us. We will send you the correct order in exchange for the original delivery as soon as possible, provided the product has not been opened.

How soon are items shipped?

 

All coffee is shipped within 3-4 business days after receiving an order. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.

 

Additionally, orders are not processed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Western Good Friday, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas Day. If you place an order on one of these days, it will be processed on the next business day.

 

We recommend you order in advance around holiday seasons, and please allow a 1-2 day grace period.

 

How soon after being shipped will my coffee arrive?

 

Orders are sent via USPS and in most instances will arrive between 3-5 business days after being shipped. 

 

Can I track my order?

 

Yes! When your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number through USPS. If you do not, please check your spam folder.
